In case of a generator failure or urgent inquiries of any kind outside our normal business hours you can ring the Fischer Panda switchboard on +49 5254 92020. The call will be answered and you will be referred to the service extension no. 767 (SOS on a key-operated telephone). You can also call the number +49 5254 9202 SOS directly. Please leave your name, number and the purpose of your call on the answerphone/voice mail.

An employee of Fischer Panda is responsible for this service outside business hours, he can react immediately after the customer message has been received.
