If you are an end customer:
Please contact your local dealer to make a returns request.
They will contact about the issue and will then be able to make a decision if the parts needs to be returned to Fischer Panda GmbH.
If this is the case, they will contact us about the part and obtain an RMA number.
To speed up the return process, they may request that you send the part directly to us. In this case, they will give you the RMA number to include on the package and any documents to send with the part.
If you are Fischer Panda Dealer or Service Partner:
You can download the RMA form from the Dealer Login Area. This can be used to obtain an RMA number from Fischer Panda GmbH.
