General note on data protection
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) , the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG 2018) and, subsequently, the Telecommunications Act and Telemedia Act protect personal data. This is data related to a natural person. Data of legal entities are not subject to this protection.
Personal information is information that can be associated with you. (eg your name, telephone number or e-mail address). Information that is not associated with your identity (such as number of users of the site) is not covered.

Open source software Matomo
We use the open source software Matomo to analyze and statistically evaluate the use of the website in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Cookies are used for this purpose (see clause 5). The information generated by the cookie about website usage is transmitted to our servers and summarized in pseudonymous usage profiles. Under no circumstances will the IP address be associated with other data relating to the user. The IP addresses are anonymized so that an assignment is not possible (IP masking).
